He is an Associate, Principal Designer with an expertise in UX/UI research and design acquired through over a decade in the field as a contractor, employee, and owner.  This experience includes research of customer, consumer, and users, construction of prototypes and workflows, site maps and wireframes, stakeholder and c-suite level presentations, and the creation of user centric design strategies through usability/user testing, seminars, and heuristic analysis.

I have a range of expertise researching customer and user expectations and workflows through several industry verticals ranging from hospitality, education, insurance, and healthcare to government, entertainment, and commercial real estate. Although his technical skillset evolved from early Adobe to modern Figma, his critical thinking, adaptability, and analytical capabilities have been paramount to his continued success in a ever developing career field. His focus will now convert from being leveraged in corporate spaces to assisting his community and peers.
